The Sales Manager will increase sales in manufacturing and electronics by creating plans, growing the customer base, and improving team performance. This role works with suppliers and technical teams, tracks market trends, and ensures customer satisfaction to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the manufacturing and electronics industries.
- Identify potential clients and grow the customer base.
- Support and supervise sales team activities to ensure efficiency and motivation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to provide tailored product solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and work towards improving customer retention.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Intermediate proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Familiarity with technical product specifications.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a sales team.
