The Sales Manager will oversee the business operations of the domestic/export segment within the domestic/international market at the HCM Sales department. Reporting to senior management, this role is pivotal in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Under the direction of superiors, responsible for the business situation of the domestic/export segment of the domestic/international market at the HCM Sales department.
- Search and develop relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Develop sales strategy.
- Research, advise and develop solutions to maintain and promote the Company's business activities.
- Manage revenue recognition and collection of payments from projects in charge...
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University or higher majoring in economics or related. 
- Have at least 03 years of experience in a management position, especially candidates with experience in project sales in the field of construction materials business, interior and exterior business, equipment... are given priority. 
- Have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing 
- Priority is given to candidates with analytical ability and sensitivity to market opportunities, with extensive relationships in the Construction field 
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of business and marketing 
- Ability to organize, manage and operate 
- Have good communication skills, dynamic and creative 
- Able to work independently and in groups 
- Ethics/Personal reputation/Long-term commitment/Having a clear work perspective or work orientation
