The Sales Staff is responsible for building trust and lasting relationships with new customers. Main tasks include making quotations, sourcing products, ensuring smooth and timely delivery, and clearly communicating with customers and team members to solve any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Build business relationships with new customers in order to earn their trust and maintain their loyalty.
- Making quotation, finding goods source to meet customers’ need.
- Follow goods delivery procedure to ensure no problem arise and on time.
- Communicate with customers, managers, and other staffs in order to resolve problems, complaints and questions related to sales.
- Utilize existing business resources to create new business opportunities
- Othe requirements from sale leader and director.
