Mô tả công việc

1. Mornitor and control sales actual result of the assigned customers (including sale volume, sale revenue, gross profit) to set up plan and implement the necessary action to achieve the assigned sales target. Make weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
2. Perform daily sales activities as scope of work and under superiors’ instruction.
- Receive phone calls of sales and follow strictly customers’ inquiry.
- Control trouble shooting at customers’ site.
- Satisfy customers’ request despite any complaint or new inquiry
- Control receivables from customers.
- Control the performance of sales contract (renew if necessary)
3. Best exploit potential demand of the current customers, aim to search for potential business chance in the coming time.
4.  Prepare sales documents (for example, cost calculation, quotation, contract, etc.) for approval and/or sending to customers.
5. Prepare entertainment fee, organize entertainment activities and meeting with key person of customers to gather important sales information.
6. Co-ordinating with relating department/parties to assure that all products and services meet company standard and conform to commitments with customers before delivery to customer
7. Control maintenance schedule and co-work with maintenance/CSD department for maintenance of the company’s asset (cylinders, LGC, tank lories, storage tank, equipment, etc.) at both NSVN’s factories and at customer sites.
8. Control safety check and safety training activities at customer site by well coordinating with QHSE department to bring company value-added service to customer.
9. Support purchasing department for developing new suppliers relating to products such as: gas, material, spare parts and equipment for project or maintenance work.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Candidate under 37 years old.
- Graduated from economics, engineering, mechanical, chemical major in Universities.
- Experience in sales of industrial products, related to chemicals, industrial gases, chemistry, mechanics...., experience in FDI projects is an advantage.
- Good at English or Chinese or Japanese or Korean (Chinese is preferred).
- English communication is mandatory (100% report in English).
- Having good Microsoft office skills and being proficient in using Excel with calculation functions is an advantage.
- Personality: proactive in work, meticulous

- Working time: 8h00 ~ 16h00: Monday ~ Friday.
- 8h00 ~ 11h45: Saturday. Two Sat-off/ month.
