The Operator manages purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth supply and delivery. This role includes demand forecasting, order management, supplier coordination, import-export handling, and warehouse supervision.
* Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing and Inventory Planning:
- Cooperate with Sale/ sale support team to get customer demand forecast, analyze to understand the trend, verify the reason of fluctuation
- Get quotation from factories, negotiate price and relating terms
- Issue purchasing order to factories, control purchasing price, prepare standard stock, safety stock following purchasing budget
- Mornitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers
- Work closely with supplier for every purchasing/delivery/ quality issue,
2. Warehouse and Logistics Controlling
- Cooperate with logistics agency for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export (HS code, tax rate, CO, customs clearance...)
- Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import-export procedure in time and efficiently
- Finding suitable forwarder, Control relating fee/cost
- Supervise/instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound and outbound, and proper warehouse operation
