Technical Sales Support is responsible for proposal-based sales of imported and local products, handling specifications, quotations, delivery schedules, and issue resolution with suppliers and clients.
* Responsibilities:
- Conduct proposal-based sales of overseas imported products and locally procured products by visiting end users in Vietnam (not passive sales activities).
- Supplier-side: specification consultation, obtaining specification documents, requesting quotations, negotiating delivery schedules, handling issues after delivery, regular meetings, etc.
- Client-side: confirming and consolidating specifications, presenting specification documents, submitting quotations, negotiating delivery schedules, handling issues after delivery, etc.
- Internal tasks: preparing quotations, translating specification documents (when necessary), preparing documents for orders and deliveries, creating internal reports and materials (weekly/monthly reports), etc.
- Others: participating in trade shows, conducting product demonstrations at client sites, joint sales activities with suppliers, accompanying clients on business trips to Japan, etc.

- Support the above sales activities in the following ways:
- Conduct image acquisition tests and image processing tests in the demo room, and prepare reports.
- Accompany sales staff to provide technical explanations and sales support.
