Mô tả công việc

B2B Sales is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting products, and driving sales growth in the apparel and textile industry. The role includes expanding the sales network, conducting client meetings, managing promotions.

* Responsibilities:

- Marketing and Sales Network Development: Reach out to and build relationships with existing and new clients, including sewing factories, apparel brands, and intermediaries.
- Zalo Promotion: Use Zalo to promote our products (made in Japan, China, and Vietnam) to the sales network you've developed.
- Client Meetings: Set up appointments and conduct face-to-face meetings with interested clients. A senior team member will accompany you to provide support.
- Reporting and Communication:
+ Summarize your progress and results (both positive and negative) from your marketing and sales activities.
+ Maintain regular communication about your current tasks until you are ready to work independently.
+ Collaborate with your supervisor to plan your next steps based on your reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (as internal documents and product information are in Japanese)
- Work experience in fields related to the apparel or textile industry (preferably in sales, but other roles are also acceptable)
- Skills in creating proposals and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Neat and well-groomed.
- Able to effectively apply learned knowledge (good at input and output)
