We are seeking a HR Staff member to join our team. This role involves a blend of HR, administrative, and operational responsibilities to support the efficient functioning of our rental factories and warehouses.
Responsibilities:
- General accounting tasks related to the operation of rental factories and warehouses owned by our group companies.
- Manage warehouse facilities and equipment.
- Customer guidance, support, and phone call handling.
- Preparation and reporting of documents for labor management, safety, health, and environmental compliance as required by authorities.
- General office management, including document handling, ordering supplies, preparing payment documents, and managing office equipment.
- Management of tenant data and preparation of documents.
- Communication, coordination, and support with tenants, contractors, security, and cleaning services.
- Management of company affairs, including handling and updating critical documents and licenses (such as IRC/ERC), and organizing general shareholder meetings.
- Comprehensive HR tasks, such as managing employee hiring, payroll, benefits, work permits and residence cards for foreign employees, and preparing regular reports for authorities.
- General administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, office, and company management.
