We are seeking a HR Staff member to join our team. This role involves supporting and enhancing our internal training programs under the guidance of a Japanese manager, with the opportunity to independently conduct various training sessions over time.
Responsibilities:

- Under the guidance of a Japanese manager, you will prepare materials for internal training programs.
- Gradually increase the number of in-house training programs that you can conduct independently, such as new employee training and training for group leaders (training for worker leaders who have about 10 subordinates).
- Be involved in human resource operations such as attendance management for a few days to a week.
【After you become familiar with the job】
- Be involved in planning and reviewing training programs.
- The content of training planning will be basic, as technical matters will be handled within each department.
