We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative HR policies, building up the training and development department, and strengthening talent retention activities. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and establish the training and development department, including creating and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Design and implement an effective appraisal and salary review process to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
- Innovate and update HR policies to align with organizational goals.
- Strengthen talent retention strategies, improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Excellent strategic planning skills help them develop long-term plans for the HR department.
- Proficiency in employee program development to attract and retain employees.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of HR specialists.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking to identify problems in the department and find solutions.

- Good communication in English or Japanese.
