HR related
- Assist to maintain accurate record of time attendance, annual leave, overtime and business trip through HRIS
- Ensure the fulfillment of employee information on HRIS
- Tracking up labor contracts in alignment with Vietnam Labor Law
- Work and follow up with Social Insurance department, Authorities departments for employee’s new registration and termination, relevant labor reports
- Assist with other HR’s strategies and activities as assigned by superior
GA related
- Manage daily courier operations
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, stationery and pantry supplies
- Perform secretarial tasks: flight reservation, hotel booking, airport pickup arrangement
- Proceed and follow up monthly payments, Petty Cash with Accounting team
- Manage and follow up office documents such as business licenses (update/renew)
- Handle Visa/Work permit/Temporary residence card for foreign employees
- Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives - coordinating employees in various events
