- Experience working in a Japanese company (experience in company start-up would be preferable).
- Experience with employment regulations, employment contracts, etc.
- Experience in payroll and social insurance premium calculation.
- Application procedures for work and residence permits for foreign nationals (via consultants).
- Support for Japanese staff in housing, hire car arrangements, etc.
- Japanese Language Proficiency N2 or above.
