HR/GA Manager will be responsible for the following duties at a food manufacturing company that manufactures and sells premixes.
Responsibilities:
1. General Affairs
- Managing the overall works in the administrative department.
- General procedures for starting up a factory (application procedures for permits, etc.)
- Reviewing business documents, translating if necessary, etc.
- Interpreting at meetings with related parties.
- Arranging and managing equipment.
2. Accounting
- Manage the accounting department in cooperation with a consulting company.
3. HR
- Staff recruitment management.
- Staff attendance management.
- Compliance with company rules.
