The HR Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and organizational goals. This position will focus on labor laws, compensation, benefits, and employee development to ensure consistency and competitiveness across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create and propose the policy about labor laws; allowance and benefit; rewards and discipline (based on GGM requirement; group's orientation; regard to laws; update/follow the market, etc...) to line Manager for issuance and applying for each Project.
- Create the salary scale regard to (1) market of position: (ill personal ability and (li) PJs' budget and propose to line Manager for issuance and applying for each Project.
- Create periodic evaluation form for each job positions then gropose to line Manager for Issuance and applying for each Ps;
- Systemize qualify of employee for group, make sure the consistence of work capacity between Pjs within group;
- Survey and create plan for developing team (training and improving of PJs' culture);
- In charge of salary calculation and disbursement;
- Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law:
- Follow up monthly SHUT calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUl report.
- Update the current policies (Working time polley...) and procedures (leave/overtime submission procedures...) to make sure that ali the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/Company's strategies.
