The HR Assistant Manager will support the development and implementation of human resource strategies aligned with the company's management strategy. This role involves comprehensive manpower planning, developing training systems, managing evaluation systems, and designing competitive salary and benefit packages. 

Responsibilities:

1. Creating an appropriate human resource strategy based on company management strategy.
- Manpower Planning (Recruitment, Arrangement of the personnel, Organizational structure etc.)
- Training System.
- Evaluation System.
- Salary and benefit packages.

2. The management of duties in the department
- Recruiting.
- Human Resources Development.
- Labor Management.
- GA.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese upper N2 or more.
- Experience in developing a human resource strategy.
- Manpower Planning (Recruitment, Arrangement of the personnel, Organizational structure etc.)
- Training System.
- Evaluation System.
- Salary and benefit packages.

* Preferred Skills:
- HR experience in Japanese company.
- HR experience in a growing corporate organization where hiring plans and HR systems are shifting and changing.
- HR experience in manufacturing company.
