- Communicate and manage internal teams to execute both internal and external projects.
- Communicate with clients throughout external projects.
- Organize projects flows and human power to maximize team’s capacity.
- Work closely with manager to align strategic plannings to achieve given missions.
- Work closely with manager to build and control team’s KPIs to achieve given missions.
- Brainstorm to enhance creative ideas to improve solutions.

- Prefer 2-3 years’ experience in research/IT/data industry with the same or relevant positions.
- Senior level in Project management.
- Junior+ level in Strategic planning.
- Fluent in English writing & communication.
- Sense of designs makes the profile stand out from others.
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate...) is a plus.
- Japanese comprehension ability is a huge, big plus.
