Mô tả công việc

The Customer Support Staff is responsible for assisting customers with the setup, usage, and maintenance of equipment. This role involves hands-on support at customer sites and ensuring equipment functions optimally.

Responsibilities:​
- Set up and explain how to use equipment at customer sites.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including calibration of sensors and other equipment components.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese N2〜N3 (Internal communication).
- The experience in Japanese company or working in Japan.
- The experience in BtoB customer relations.

*Preferred Skills:

- Ability to disassemble and repair simple machinery, even more major in mechanic.
- Knowledgeable about networking.
