Customer Support Staff handles export tasks, arranges shipping, and occasionally visits warehouses.
* Responsibilities:
- Import and export affairs (mainly export).
- Arranging maritime transportation within and outside of Vietnam.
- Occasional visit to warehouses in Hanoi (for supervising workers).
- About 2 years of working experience.
- Experience in import/export operations in the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Basic usage of Microsoft excel and Outlook.
- English Intermediate for export operations (reading and writing)
- Fluency in either English or Japanese for the smooth communication with Japanese GM(Speaking).
- Able to think and communicate ideas logically.
