- To manage and maintain the international network through the monitoring system.
- To be responsible for basic trouble shooting by cooperation with Global Partner Carrier.
- To receive and feedback inquiries from customer.
- Service Quality Improvement.
- Any other customer support.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Holding a bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Positive thinking, cooperative, eager to learn.

* Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the IT (servers, routers, switches, etc.)
- IT qualification.
- Logical thinking.
