The Customer Service Staff will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions, ensuring efficient order processing, and coordinating logistics. The candidate will be responsible for stock calculations, shipment arrangements, and generating reports, while also maintaining excellent relationships with customers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
1. PO & Stock Calculation
- Weekly update customer’s forecast to see the trend.
- Calculate current stock to issue new orders with proper quantity and time.
2. Shipment Arrangement
- Book flight/vessel.
- Issue shipping document.
- Follow custom clearance, inbound-outbound process.
- Pay for tax if have.
3. Collection and Report
- Collect original document monthly.
- Make monthly sales plan, cashflow or other report as requested.
4. Communication and Negotiation
- Communicate well with all parties to give the best solution & cost saving.
- Deal with forwarders to get better rate.
- Other duties assigned by the Manager.
