- Provide consulting services for organizational reform, mainly for Japanese companies, and instructor for education and training programs.
- Assistance in sales activities (including customer service, proposal preparation, analysis of various diagnoses, and report preparation).
- Interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese.
- Assistance with internal general affairs and accounting work.
- Interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese.
- Assistance with internal general affairs and accounting work.

- Has a high level of Japanese language skills and a strong desire to apply them as an organizational development consultant or human resource development instructor.
- Has work experience in a Japanese company or a company located in Japan.

* Benefit:

- Bonus: 1 month of basic salary.
- Benefit Performance incentive bonus, business trip allowance, utilization incentive (allowance based on consulting utilization), utilization leave, refreshment leave (3 days can be taken after 1 year of employment), etc.
- In case of a business trip to Japan, they pay 3,000 JPY/Day as a business trip allowance.
