We are seeking a Back Office Staff member to join our team. The candidate will manage general administrative tasks, oversee warehouse operations, support the sales department, and assist with basic accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
1. GA tasks: Being in charge of all administrative tasks:
- Asset and equipment management.
- Procurement and distribution of working equipment, tool and stationery according to regulations.
- Manage contracts, records.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to relevant States, internal reports.
- Procedures related to foreigners: renting a house, booking tickets, applying for visas, temporary residence cards...
- Review some Japanese documents if required.
2. Warehouse management: by using Misa software (managing export, import, inventory, preservation ...)
3. Support Sales department: packing, arrange to deliver goods.
4. Implement some Accounting tasks such as issuing VAT invoices, vouchers, etc.
5. Other tasks as assigned by superiors and the Company's management (if any).
