As an Administration Officer, you will support the smooth operation of a company that procures daily necessities and home appliances for sale in Japan. You will manage communication, travel arrangements, documentation, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive letters, calls and forward them to relevant departments.
- Arrange business trip preparation for Company members: book car, air ticket, hotel and others.
- Prepare documents, contracts, and regulations for internal and external use as needed.
- Prepare and process registration Work Permit for Foreigner labor.
- Handle registration and adjustment of personal income tax and social insurance records for employees.
- Do any task, which is assigned by Administration Manager, General Director.
