We are looking for a person who can take care of all back office functions (accounting and general affairs) at our representative office.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounting
- Payroll/expense calculation, correspondence of various payments, preparation of financial statements).
2. General Affairs
- Correspondence and correspondence with government offices.
- Interpretation duties (meetings at customers and other business-related interactions).
- Participation in exhibitions and conferences, assistance with reporting and presentation duties.
- Works related to sales promotion of our products (creation of presentations, translation assistance).
- Support duties related to factory establishment.
- Assist with personnel hiring, human resource development, and business operations in connection with business expansion.
- General operations related to office management (including operations assistance duties).
- Office management support in the absence of the resident staff.
- Follow-up with expatriates outside of business hours or on holidays (not a regular occurrence).
- Reservations for business travelers, including hotel/rental car reservations.
