We are seeking a Admin cum Sales Assistant to support our Vietnamese sales staff at the Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office. This role involves a blend of administrative, sales support, and accounting responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support Vietnamese sales staff of HCM Rep. Office.
- General affairs work.
- Accounting related tasks (handle small cash and invoice/bank related tasks).
- Support labor management tasks.
- Prepare GA related documents such as letters, statements, reports, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
