The HR - Admin Staff supports HR operations for offices in Ho Chi Minh, Phnom Penh. Main duties include handling payroll, recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR reporting in line with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR activities of Ho Chi Minh Office, Phnompenh Office, Myanmar Office.
- Support all HR activities including compensation, benefits, insurance comply with the Labor Law and Social Compliant.
- Monitor effective recruitment labor and make the training needs.
- Deploy appraisal rule, make appraisal data, appraisal result.
- Develop the labor relationship and control turnoverate.
- Making HR reports such as manpower, costing and others.
- Other HR and supportive activities.
