- Cordination of shipment, delivery, logistics etc for customers and for IGV.
- Stock management of raw material (green coffee beans), final products (IC), other items including spare parts.
- Cooperate with other SCM members for better and efficient procurement and logistics cordination.
- Always be cost conscious and seek for more efficient and cost competitive way of logistics.
- In order for better stock management, work closely with Production and SCM members.
- Always be attentive to the authorities regulations, collect proper information, and make a proper shipment/logistics arrangements.
- Make a BOM list.

- Working experience at food industry.
- Working experience as stock management and logistics staff.
- English communication skill (speaking, listening, writing).
- Experience of making BOM list and finalized it with the Customs.
- Working experience at coffee industry. (not mandatory but preferred).
* Good communication skill:
- Good listener.
- Able to summerize the topic, focus on the issue, and speak logically.
- Make efforts to understand the issue and contribute for the better communication among the team.
