The Service Manager/Aftersales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aftersales activities and operations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role focuses on enhancing revenue, managing internal quality, and ensuring compliance with service-related guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aftersales activities and operations. Ensure the revenue increases as per the company's strategy.
- Managing the internal quality including but not limited to: recruitment, interview, training, duty scheduling, performance management, planning the headcount budget annually, disciplinary actions, and after-sales policy development.
- Checking compliance with all service-related guidelines, regulations, and requirements at the branch.
- Ensuring smooth daily operation & controlling workflow between departments in the workshop.
- Developing strategies and implementing and supervising measures to rapidly increase market shares for services, parts, and accessories.
- Cooperating with the Aftersales Manager of the importer to analyze and exploit market potential through regular observation, analysis, and evaluation of customer and competitor behavior in the service market.
- Updating new requirements, regulations from related Authorities to Branch Manager and BOD.
- Be in charge of specific reports requested by BOD/HCM Branch Manager.
