We are seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing strategic HR consultation to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex HR issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.).
- Identify a problematic situation or find the cause by making analysis reports.
- Provide clients with updated salary, job description, and job value analysis.
- Support to formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
- Support to provide consultation to clients to ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and Labor law.
- Support HR system rebuild project of Clients Companies in Compensation Planning, Budget Estimation and support for Transitional Operation.
- Support to propose and develop HR methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
- Other tasks assigned from Team Leader.
