The Senior General Manager of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the organization. This role involves managing cash flow, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring effective coordination with banking partners and parent companies.
Responsibilities:
* Cash Flow Management & Analysis
- Monitor and forecast daily and monthly cash flow.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to parent companies (AEON & Sojitz).
* Financial Strategy & Budget Control
- Support budgeting processes and performance analysis.
- Provide financial insights for new investments and store expansion plans.
* Banking & Group Coordination
- Manage relationships with banks and oversee financing activities.
- Collaborate with parent companies to ensure accurate inter-company financial reporting.
