We are seeking a Sales to join our team specializing in HR Consulting Services. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing. 

Responsibilities:​

- Consulting sales for human resource development and organizational development.
- Mainly develop new business.
- Handle sales until a contract is signed, starting from appointments, hearings, etc.
* When getting potential customers, Japanese GD will accompany you.
* Delivery of consulting services will be performed by the consultant.
* About 3 months after joining, you will get the OJT training.
- You will go on the business trip to HCM once a month.

- Japanese (advanced).
- More than 2- 3 years of B to B Sales experiences.
- Company culture- fit (performance-based, challenging, cheerful personality).
- Available for Business trip.
