Channel Sales Development Representative finds and supports new distributors in North Vietnam. The role includes negotiation, onboarding, tracking performance, and working with the Hanoi head office.
* Responsibility:
- Identify and approach potential new distributors in the North Vietnam market.
- Conduct business meetings, negotiate distributor agreements, and support onboarding processes.
- Provide follow-up support for initial sales activities, including technical proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate closely with the Hanoi head office’s sales management and technical support teams.
- Monitor sales performance of distributors and submit regular reports
- Create sales and marketing materials, including case studies based on completed projects.
- Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
- Maintain and organize customer and project data to support sales operations.
- Assist in distributor communication and external promotional activities (e.g., website, social media, brochures)
- Conduct basic research on market trends and competitors to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team on branding, campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director to support business objectives
