We are seeking a Sales Support to join our team. The candidate will be responsible ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management (70%):
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs.

2. Administrative Support (25%):
  - Create accurate estimates and quotations.
  - Coordinate and arrange delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

3. New Inquiries (5%):
  - Respond to and manage new customer inquiries.
  - Provide initial information and support to potential clients.

- Ability to do basic calculations (four arithmetic operations, percentages (%), average calculations, etc.)
- Those who are interested in sales.
- New graduates and those who can only speak Vietnamese are also can apply.

- Bonus: twice a year (total 3 months' salary).
