The Sales Supervisor will oversee and drive the sales operations within the traditional trade (TT) market for a leading confectionery company specializing in biscuits. This role involves managing relationships with contracted TT distributors, leading a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the following tasks at a confectionery maker that sells biscuits.
- Developing TT(GT) market with contracted TT(GT) distributors.
- Managing and coaching TT Senior sales representatives and Sales Representatives.
- Identifying issues for expanding sales.
- Managing stock at distributors and make plan for next orders.
- Gathering information from competitors.
- Planning and implementation of promotions aimed at expanding sales.
