We are seeking a Sales Staff to join our team at a leading trading company specializing in screws and industrial materials. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on existing clients (estimates, delivery, inventory management, etc.)
- New development sales.
- Customer support in interaction with internal QA team.
- Japanese: N2 level (ability to communication with internal Japanese).
- Manufacturing sales experience: Above 1 year (at a parts manufacturing or parts trading company is a plus).
- Experience in chemicals, electronic products, or sales using catalog cannot apply.
- Those who can go on a business trip (southern area/about once a month).
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is plus.
