We are seeking a Sales Staff member to support our Freight & Ocean Forwarding business. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive in creating quotations, addressing customer complaints, and following up on any issues that arise. Approximately 10–20% of our clients are Korean companies, so experience with diverse client bases is a plus.

- Follow up with existing clients
- Create quotations
- Handle complaints and follow up in case of trouble
- Develop new business opportunities
- English (intermediate) for internal communication.
- Over 3 years of B2B sales
