Sales Staff research market trends, find new B2B clients, and suggest the right products or services. Also negotiate, explain product value, and track sales to reach targets.

Responsibilities:

- Market research: Understanding and analyzing markets to identify future trends and potential markets.
- Potential clients (B2B): Identify, contact, and build relationships with new clients. Research potential customers and gather information about their needs and interests.
- Proposing: Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and suggest the most suitable product or service.
- Negotiate and persuade: Negotiate sales and purchase terms and persuade customers of the benefits and value of products and services.
- Sales effectiveness monitoring and reporting: track sales performance, manage customer information, and report results against achieved goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Must be able to communicate in Japanese.
- Experience in dealing with customers.
- Able to travel.
- Able to work in Quang Nam.
