Mô tả công việc

As a Sales Staff member, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and boosting sales for our aluminum and glass products. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, maintaining existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Search, approach, and develop potential clients for large projects such as investors, design companies, architects, etc., to incorporate product specifications into the project's technical standards.
- Explore, search for, and build close relationships with aluminum and glass suppliers to boost sales for company's products.
- Plan and conduct customer meetings to introduce products based on a list of target customers and personal relationships.
- Provide consultancy, propose aluminum and glass solutions, business models, and suitable transaction terms for customer needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, negotiate, and sign contracts.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure delivery schedules, product quality, and after-sales services.
- Report work periodically as required by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience in sales (experience in the aluminum and glass or construction industry is an advantage)
- English or Japanese proficiency: conversational level (for internal use)
- Connections, relationships, and understanding of investors, design companies, and construction contractors in Vietnam.
- Good communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
- Skills in finding customers and building sustainable relationships.
- Dynamic, able to work under pressure, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
