Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities for existing customers, executing sales administrative duties, and participating in exhibitions. 

Responsibilities:

1. Sales duties for the existing customers
- Manage orders, quotations, delivery date adjustments, and debt collection, Directed by the Sales Manager, including price quotes coordinated with the manufacturing department.
- Regular factory visits to gather information.
- Assistance in Chinese language provided by the Sales Manager or Japanese GD as needed.
- Initial training on products upon joining.

2. Other sales administrative duties 
- Communication with the U.S. company.
- Input data into the sales system from the U.S.

3. Exhibition Attendance
- Set up and explain products during events.
- Provide follow-up care for potential customers.
- No KPIs due to the niche nature of the industry and the challenge of acquiring new customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- English(Advanced).
- Over 3 years of B2B customer contacts experience, such as  sales, sales administration, or production control with client interaction, etc.
- Be able to commute by him/herself  or reach the pick-up point.
- Ideal age: 30s (25-29 also acceptable).
