We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on new customer development and expanding sales with existing customers, build strong relationships with our current clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities to expand the business.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate delivery dates, and coordinate with factories in Japan.
- Oversee delivery processes, witness test product testing, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Japanese counterparts to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.

- Japanese: Business level Japanese (N2 equivalent level or higher)
└There are cases to interpret between Japanese and Vietnamese
- Basic computer skills
- Graduate Science / Technoogy university  OR mechanical/processing-related experience.

* Preferred Skills

- English skills(Reading/Writing/Email).
- Workin experience in Japanese company.
- At least 1 year of BtoB sales experience.
