The Sales Senior Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing customer relations, setting and managing sales KPIs, handling complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Customer relations (concrete design details, preventive measures for complaints, etc.)
- Sales activity KPI setting, progress management, member management
- Coordination with the production department and on-site coordination with the QA department for handling complaints.
*Coordination with the Japanese side will be handled by the Japanese GD.
