We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager or Leader to lead our sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and managing on-site operations at client factories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in paper manufacturing chemicals industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with paper companies.
- Conduct on-site visits to paper factories to assess client needs and provide tailored chemical solutions.
- Negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ satisfaction.
- Sales activities not only in Vietnam but also in neighboring countries
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the upper management.
