Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a Sales Manager to our company. The Sales Manager will be responsible in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and directives. 


- Lead the Sales team as a Sales team leader, supervising and managing 3-4 subordinates (in near future growth plan to manage 5-8 team members). 
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's and supervisors' directives, creating tactics, KPIs, and individualized approaches for team members.
- Utilize existing networks and various information sources to identify potential customers and expand investment opportunities in renewable energy projects, focusing on rooftop solar projects and battery energy storage systems.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts in English with customers, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
- Foster relationships with customers, local authorities, and stakeholders in the power sector in Vietnam.
- Coordinate internally and internationally with teams in commercial, technical, finance, legal, and other areas to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Stay updated on local regulations in the power sector in Vietnam and share relevant information with the team.
- Support team members' performance and collaboration to provide technical, commercial, and legal support to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan.
- Regularly report business development activities to management, analyze data, and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Perform additional executive-level duties as requested by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Hold a bachelor's degree in a commercial-related field (e.g., business administration, business and commerce) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales/commercial manager with 3 or more subordinates for business development and investment.
- Basic Knowledge of finance and investment such as IRR and NPV. 
- Strong existing networks with potential customers, particularly in manufacturing companies and Industrial Park.
- Ability to develop business opportunities, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage projects effectively.
- Knowledge of local regulations in the power sector.
- Commitment to teamwork, information sharing, and close coordination with team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging customers and stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to identify and solve problems.
- Fluent in English with Vietnamese as a mother tongue.
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel regularly.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience or familiarity with power and rooftop solar projects.
- Prior experience in supervising or managing permission processes with authorities.
- Knowledge of local regulations in the power sector.
