1. Manager duties
- Overall management of the sales department and EC department.
- Setting and managing sales and EC goals based on the company's business strategy.
- Obtaining regular reports from sales and EC personnel, and providing regular reports to the president.
- Developing subordinates, maintaining motivation, and providing mental care, etc.
- Risk management.
- Understanding the Vietnamese market and developing new agents.
- Providing support for the president's work and handling responsibilities in his absence.
2. Sales business content
- Conducting sales activities for agents and dealers.
- Analyzing data, creating documents, and making proposals to customers as necessary for sales activities.
- Managing sales plans.
- Managing sales forecasts.
- Providing customer support, including handling complaints and conducting after-sales follow-up.
- Supporting retailers and participating in consumer events.
- Coordinating and collaborating with the marketing and EC departments.
- Understanding, reporting, and managing the sales floor (updated every six months).
- Responding to emergencies such as order placements, etc.
- Checking label data.
