Mô tả công việc

- Business Development:
- Be responsible for whole sales process from researching market to targeting companies, taking action to generate leads (e.g., cold calls, etc), field sales, implementation, and customer success.
- Plus, build partnerships with e-commerce enablers to generate leads as well.
- Product Development:
- Based on market feedback, be responsible for planning new features and projects to develop the product further.
- Team Management & Development:
- Be responsible for recruiting, forming a sales team, and training members.
- Set a KGI and KPI, plan & strategy, and lead the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Business level English.
- 3+ years of B to B sales experience.
- High sales ability.
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling to acquire new merchant to generate business opportunity.
- Interested in Start-up company.
- Interested in New business launch.

*Preferred Skills:

Experience in product improvement:
- Having experience in planning product improvements based on market feedback.
- Experience working with engineers and other teams to improve products.

Rich knowledge of the industry:
- Experience in EC or the payment service industry is very welcome.
- e.g., Atome and Kredivo, Fundiin, etc.

Management Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience managing a field sales team of 3 or more people.
- Experience in recruiting and training field salespeople.

- Experience with any of the following: software, SaaS, fintech, and payment products in a sales environment or in startup environment (early stage of business).
( e.g., OnePay, Payoo, VN Pay, Momo pay, Zalo pay etc.)
