The Sales Engineering Staff role involves direct interaction with customers to address quality issues, verify defects, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Customer interface for quality issue or any customer requirement.
- Onsite defect verification at customer IQC and assembly.
- Regular meeting with customer and factory.
- Follow up action items.
- Review Factory report prior send to customer.
- Work with customer and factory on IQC criteria and requirement.
- Summary Customer IQC and inprocess performance related to our Fan motor (LAR and DPPM).
