1. Sales Assistant
- Preparing sales contracts, annex, invoice, packing list for Import and Export shipment.
- To send, follow-up (working closely with sales and other departments), collect and file documents in/out within Sales and Production Dept carefully and in order.
- To input customer’s order into company system.
- To contact with staffs of other departments to fulfill the job as well as to support Deputy General Manager.
- Preparing sales reports following request of Deputy General Manager.
- To do other tasks assigned by Deputy General Manager and Sales General Manager.
2. Administrator
- To book flight ticket and hotel for Deputy General Manager and Sales General Manager.
- Arranging car or taxi (if any).
- To coordinate with Admin staff solving some the administration issues.
- To do other jobs assigned by Deputy General.
