The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the quality assurance processes within the organization. This role involves managing customer complaints, supervising quality control measures, and ensuring the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives, establishing quality control processes for new product deployments and evaluating production stages.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for controlling and responding to customer complaints (internal - external).
- Supervise and monitor the implementation, effectiveness, and efficiency of countermeasures.
- Responsible for establishing quality control processes/documents/plans when deploying new products.
- Evaluate the quality of pre-production and official production stages.
- Prepare reports related to quality improvement and quality monitoring according to weekly/monthly plans.
- Propose kaizen method to improve work quality, reduce Leadtime.
- Other tasks as requested by superiors.
