We are seeking QS Staff (Mechanical Equipment) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing cost estimation processes and interacting with key stakeholders to ensure the accurate financial management of mechanical equipment construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed cost estimation for mechanical equipment construction projects.
- Collaborate with general contractors, primarily Japanese, to align project specifications.
- Lead and develop a cost estimation team dedicated to mechanical equipment, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Engage in business trips to Japan as required, facilitating direct interaction with the head office and clients to enhance project execution and client satisfaction.
