The Property Management/Building Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational integrity of building facilities. This role involves coordinating with subcontracted suppliers to ensure regular inspections and compliance with legal standards.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange the sub-contracted suppliers for maintenance, regular inspection, management of legal inspection
of the buildings (such as wall, electrical, mechanical, and fire system) and the site (such as outside light).
- Reporting in English to Joint venture company in Thailand (WHA Corporation PCL).
- Emergency response.

- Career/Skill: Have about more 3 years experience of property management or building Management, of factory, warehouse, office building, or condominium. *Because you have to be able to arrange the appropriate sub-contracted by their own.
- Language:Best: Both English(Intermediate for external reporting) and Japanese(Intermediate for internal reporting)
- Possible: Only English.
- Livening in Hung Yen and/or being able to commute by his/her self.
- Company doesn’t provide transportation.
